In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the SkyBondings Platform — including making a booking — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree to these terms in full, you must not use the Platform. We recommend that you save or print a copy of these terms for your records.

User Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be prohibited from using the service under applicable laws in your country of residence
• Not have had a previous account terminated by SkyBondings for breach of these terms
• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when registering or making a booking

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that all of the above conditions are satisfied. SkyBondings reserves the right to verify eligibility and may request identity documentation where required.

Your Account

When you create an account on SkyBondings, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you
• Notifying us immediately at info@skybondings.com if you suspect unauthorized access
• Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up to date at all times
• Not sharing your account credentials with any third party

SkyBondings will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

Booking & Payment

SkyBondings acts as an agent for airlines and travel providers. When you complete a booking:

• Your booking constitutes an offer to purchase the travel services displayed, which is accepted when you receive a confirmation email
• The contract of carriage is between you and the operating airline, not SkyBondings
• Prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and fees known at the time of search; airline surcharges may apply in rare circumstances
• Payment is processed securely at the time of booking; your seat is not held until payment is confirmed
• SkyBondings charges a platform service fee, clearly displayed before checkout, which is separate from the airline fare
• We reserve the right to cancel a booking if payment is declined, fraudulent activity is detected, or a pricing error occurred

Use License

SkyBondings grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial travel booking purposes only. Under this license, you may not:

• Modify, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content
• Use the Platform for any commercial purpose, including selling or reselling flight tickets obtained through it
• Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract source code from any software on the Platform
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to access or collect data from the Platform
• Frame or embed any portion of the Platform on another website without prior written consent

This license terminates automatically if you breach any of these conditions. On termination, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Platform in any way that:

• Violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Is fraudulent, misleading, or involves submitting false passenger information
• Involves making speculative, false, or fraudulent bookings
• Infringes the intellectual property rights of SkyBondings or any third party
• Transmits unsolicited marketing communications (spam)
• Attempts to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, server, or connected database
• Introduces malware, viruses, trojans, or other harmful code
• Interferes with or disrupts the integrity or performance of the Platform
• Harvests or collects personal data of other users without their consent

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all content within it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SkyBondings expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including without limitation:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Warranties that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of flight information provided by airlines
• Warranties that defects will be corrected within any specific timeframe

Flight schedules, prices, and availability are provided by airlines and GDS systems in real time and may be subject to change without notice. SkyBondings cannot be held responsible for airline-imposed changes after booking confirmation.

Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SkyBondings, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from airline cancellations, delays, or schedule changes beyond our control
• Personal injury, property damage, or losses incurred during travel
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data by third parties

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you paid to SkyBondings in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key points:

• We collect only the data necessary to process your bookings and improve our services
• Passenger information is shared with airlines and relevant authorities as required to fulfill your booking
• We comply with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018
• You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Platform and its content — including but not limited to the SkyBondings name, logo, design, text, graphics, software, and databases — are owned by or licensed to SkyBondings Ltd and are protected under UK and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted no rights in or to the Platform's intellectual property other than the limited personal use license described in Clause 5. Any unauthorized use may constitute an infringement of our intellectual property rights and may give rise to a claim for damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SkyBondings Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of or access to the Platform in violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights
• Any false, inaccurate, or misleading information you provide to SkyBondings or an airline
• Any dispute between you and an airline or co-traveler

Termination

SkyBondings reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Platform at its sole discretion, with or without notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• We suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account
• Continued access would create legal liability for SkyBondings
• We discontinue the Platform or any part of it

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Active bookings confirmed prior to termination will be honored unless they were made in breach of these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team.

Modifications to Terms

SkyBondings reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by:

• Posting a prominent notice on the SkyBondings homepage
• Sending an email notification to your registered email address (for registered users)
• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page

Changes become effective 14 days after notification unless the change is required by law or relates to a new feature, in which case it may be effective immediately. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the Platform.

If you are a consumer resident in another jurisdiction, you may also have the benefit of any mandatory provisions of local consumer protection law in your country of residence.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
